Riverway Shabbat Slowdown

Shabbat Slowdown is your invitation to step away from the hustle of daily life and enter a Divine space of rest, joy, and connection. Join the Riverway Community monthly on Saturday afternoon to pause, reflect, and experience the peace that Shabbat offers us. Shabbat Slowdown activities will vary, but you can expect anything from soulful song circles, poetry slams, and meaningful text studies to laughter-filled arts & crafts and board games - and, of course, schmoozing and snacks. Whether you're looking to try on a new Shabbat practice, attune to Jewish time, or simply enjoy time with friends, we can't wait to relish the joy of Shabbat Slowdown together.
This month we have the opportunity to learn from Riverway community member and LICSW, Hannah Kanter. Hannah is the Founder and CEO off Help for Anxious Jews and she's bringing her Understanding Trauma for Anxious Jews workshop to us! Let us know what you're sitting with right now, and learn a bit more about the workshop.
The Riverway Project and this program are for those in their 20s and 30s.
